We have found the necessary kilometers during the past two months. Now it is the turn of the second phase of the training process and that is strength. Sometimes there is a rule that the more difficult the climbing route, the more power steps occur in it. And so here and there, moving something with one hand and with the other, clicking the belay and with the third… If anyone has ever seen Chris Sharma climb (at least on video), they know what it looks like.

If Yoda stands by your side for the next two months, maybe your hands won't fall off after all.

Prizes, classic, for the most points collected are awarded to the first five in each category. Climbers who placed second in the "Relax" category in October will automatically collect points in the higher "Climber" category.

General league rules

Throughout the month, selected climbing routes + bonus routes and climbing exercises will be climbed, which are different for each category. 2 categories are opened. CLIMBER is for those who have been climbing for a longer time and for those who placed 2nd - 3rd in previous rounds (depending on the number of participants). The RELAX category is for so-called recreational climbers and beginners.

There are certain points for each route climbed, while the number of attempts per route is not decisive. The top five in each category will be rewarded. Points for routes are recorded in the route list for each category.

Each route must be climbed with the bottom rope (unless otherwise permitted). You write down the routes you climb yourself on a sheet of paper that you get from the staff and hand it back when you leave the wall. However, it must be signed by a witness to your achievements. You can collect points until the end of November.

The climbing league is a great motivational force for every climber. The interim results will be available to you throughout the month. We look forward to seeing you and your performances!
