The training sessions are designed for children who already have experience with climbing and want to become more active in it. We focus on children at an active level (preparation for competitions, achieving performance). Climbing training takes place twice a week for 2 hours, during which instructors work individually with each participant according to their abilities. There is also a warm-up, stretching, strength and endurance additional exercises.
During the school year, training is divided into 3 trimesters. At the end of each trimester, small club competitions are held. We will prepare prizes for the first three winners in their category.
