Complete results of the MSR 2015
We cordially invite you to the Slovak Climbing Championship for Children and Youth 2015.
Each competitor will climb 3 qualification routes with a rope (difficulty). The 2014 Slovak champion will be decided in the grand finale.
As an optional bonus, climbers can also compete in bouldering. There will be 4 boulders prepared, and for each boulder climbed, a prize can be won.
Categories
- U10 from 7 to 9 years old, boys, girls, year of birth 2008, 2007 and 2006,
- U12 from 10 to 11 years old, boys, girls, year of birth 2005 and 2004,
- U14 from 12 to 13 years old, boys, girls, year of birth 2003 and 2002,
- U16 from 14 to 15 years old, boys, girls, year of birth 2001 and 2000
Starting fee
- €5 for members of SHS JAMES and for members of foreign mountaineering organizations with a valid membership card
- 10€ for non-members of the association
Registration
In order to reduce the time needed for the competitors to present themselves, MANDATORY ONLINE REGISTRATIONWe therefore ask all parents / coaches / participants to take the time to register and enter their details (especially year of birth) correctly. The deadline for registration is 18.6.2015 23:00
Program
- 8:00 Registration category U10, U12, U14, U16
- 9:00 End of registration category U10, U12, U14, U16
- 9:30 Joint warm-up
- 10:00 Start of rope climbing in groups U10, U12, U14, U16
During the race, competitors can try bonus boulders. - 15:30 Finals of categories U10, U12, U14, U16 (On Sight for all categories)
- 17:00 Announcement of results.
Rules for competitors
Rope Climbing (Championships) ::: Category U10, U12 (TOP ROPE, FLASH), category U14, U16 (FLASH):
Children will be divided into 3 groups, each climbing their own route, then the routes will be switched. The time limit for the route is 5 minutes. The order will be decided by the sum of the points for all routes together. The designated holds will be visibly scored, the points are added up. A maximum of 30 points can be obtained for a route. Holds will be scored 1-30b.
The top 6 girls and 6 boys from each category advance to the finals.
Bouldering :::
There will be 4 bonus boulders. After climbing and holding the TOP hold with two hands, the competitor receives a prize. The number of attempts is unlimited, but the prize for a boulder can only be won once.
Referees, Chief Referee and Protests :::
The number of points for each trip is recorded by the breaker. The main judge is responsible for the results. It is possible to file a protest against the decision of the main judge. The cost of filing a protest is 10€, if the protest is not recognized, the amount is forfeited to the organizer.
